Renting from our business is a simple process. Start by visiting our website or scanning our QR code to view our selection of rentals. Feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions. Choose the rental that suits your flock and preferences. You can rent daily (3 day minimum) or weekly. Once you've made your selection, proceed to complete the rental agreement/waiver, providing necessary information. Pay the rental fee, and your rental will be delivered to your specified rental home location at Holden Beach, NC. Rentals will be picked up at the end of the rental period at the same location as drop-off. 

-Golf Carts must be returned with above 80% charge and extension cord wrapped neatly back on cart.

*** Our delivery (3-5pm) and pick-up (10-11am) times are coordinated with check-in and check-out times of rental properties. We rent by the night, just like you would rent a house/hotel/etc. Most of the time you cannot check-in to a rental home until 4pm and must check-out by 10am.

Please Note: Must be 21 to rent with a Valid Driver's License. 

Accidents can happen while Flamingling. If you accidentally damage a rental or an unexpected accident occurs, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges. We'll assess the damage and discuss the cost with you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage. Our goal is to ensure you have a safe rental experience, and we appreciate your cooperation in following the rental agreement and honesty in reporting any issues.

Low Speed Vehicles (Golf Carts)

In the State of North Carolina, if a golf cart is to be operated on the streets, highways or public vehicular areas, it is considered a motor vehicle and subject to all laws, rules and regulations that govern motor vehicles. In short, the golf cart must have all of the following: 

• Headlights
• Taillights
• Turn signals
• Rearview mirrors
• State Inspection Sticker
• License Plate Issued by NCDMV
• Liability Insurance
• The driver must have a current, valid Driver’s License
• Child Restraint Laws must be followed
• Since most golf carts are purchased and a bill of sale is given to the buyer, the owner must apply for a title through the NC License Plate Office. In order to receive a title through this agency, you must have a notarized bill of sale and proof of liability insurance. If the golf cart is purchased from a dealer, you must also have the certificate of origin for the vehicle.
• All of the streets in the Town (including the side streets) are considered streets or public vehicular areas according to the state law. This means that to operate a golf cart anywhere on the island, you must meet the standards above. Also, golf carts may not be operated on streets with posted speed limit greater than 35 MPH.
